Maddyn Greenway Honored as McDonald’s All-American!

Providence Academy senior Maddyn Greenway has reached another milestone in her storied athletic career by being named a McDonald’s All-American, an honor given to only the top 24 senior girls basketball players in the country. Greenway, a 5-foot-8 point guard and one of the top 10 players in her recruiting class, has already amassed 5,079 career points, third all-time in Minnesota history, and leads the state in assists with 1,186.

In addition to basketball, Greenway has excelled in soccer, track, and Team USA competitions, earning multiple state championships and international honors. This season, she is averaging over 34 points per game along with 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 6 steals per game.

Greenway will play in the 2026 McDonald’s All-American Game in Phoenix on March 31 and will continue her basketball career at the University of Kentucky next year. She becomes the sixth Minnesota girls player recognized as a McDonald’s All-American in the past six years.
